Step 1 – Search For Your Property
You can browse our current properties here on the website, using the filters to match your exact requirements.
Or visit our offices and we’ll be happy to talk you through what’s available.
Step 2: Book a Viewing
Photographs and video walkthroughs are a great place to start, but a viewing is essential to really get a feel for a property. We’ll make all the arrangements, and one of our team will accompany you on a one-to-one viewing.
Step 3: Apply For your tenancy
Once you’ve found your perfect property, the legal process starts. You’ll need to provide documents and information including proof of your previous addresses, references and income qualification; you’ll also need a credit check. We can help you get everything you need together.
Step 4: Confirmation of Tenancy
With your application confirmed, we’ll get the paperwork sorted out and agree a moving-in date. At this stage you’ll need to pay your first rental payment and deposit, and any outstanding fees and balances in relation to your application.
Step 5: Completion
You’ll need to come into the office to sign the Tenancy Agreement and supporting documents. We can then hand over the keys – and you’re in!
